Steve brings over a decade in the fitness space and former professional rugby player, grounding every project in performance, programming, and user experience. Daniel adds deep development experience, translating vision into commercially sound, build-ready outcomes. Together, they work with owners and operators to create high-performing wellness assets that deliver both experience and return.

As part of RCVRI’s growth, Martin place sets the benchmark for performance based wellness. Based on the winning formula of communal services across other locations, delivering large format contrast therapy in a commercial office building was an engineering feet, not to mention logistical challenge.

As part of the growth of Strong Pilates, PBR partnered with Stong across their new recovery services. Delivering best in class facilities through test sites, these spaces form strong foundations for the groups members.
Crowne Plaza Hawksbury Valley
Product Specification and Design – Installation + commissioning
Working with the design team, PBR specified the equipment and systems for the bath house experience, including multiple custom saunas, fire + ice room, float tanks and an outdoor contrast therapy space to compliment the aquatic services. Due for completion mid 2026.
Revive Jindabyne
Water Treatment Systems – Installation + commissioning
Working with existing infrastructure that wasn’t able to sustain the daily bather load, PBR retrofitted a water treatment system to ensure the cold plunges are always cold, clean and ready for members.
Millet Group - Bondi Beach, Byron Bay
Product Specification and Design – Installation + commissioning
The Millet Group tasked PBR with working collaboratively across multiple properties, to integrate wellness services as an extension to their guest services. With rooftop activations in Wake Up Bondi Beach, to custom sauna and cold plunge tanks at Surf House Byron Bay, there is no doubt a new benchmark has been set in this sector.
