Appointment Policy
BOOKING POLICY
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session time. This ensures you have time to change and make the most of your RCVRI experience. If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your booking, you may not have time to complete the session, and it may need to be rescheduled to the next available appointment time.
CLOTHING
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing or exercise clothing to your RCVRI session. If you will be using the Hot + Cool Pools or Saunas, please bring a full-size towel and swimmers. Anyone without appropriate clothing or swimwear will forfeit their session.
CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS
We require full payment at the time of your booking, either via our RCVRI app or in person at reception. Appointments can be made, changed and cancelled via our RCVRI app. If you need to cancel, please ensure you reschedule at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid the session being forfeited.
CASUAL SERVICES & 10 PACKS
Casual session passes (Casual30, Casual60 and Casual90) and 10 session packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These are single sessions only. We do not provide any refunds, transfers, extensions or suspensions and all cancellations and no-shows will be considered a forfeited session.
GIFT CARDS
All RCVRI gift cards are non-transferable and to be used exclusively for RCVRI services.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
All RCVRI services are available for those 16 years and over. Anyone under 18 years of age will need permission from a parent or guardian. For the safety and comfort of our staff and clients, we ask that no children accompany you to your appointment.
PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING
Please note, we do not recommend using Traditional Saunas, Infrared Saunas, Hot + Cold Pools or Normatec compression if you are, or think you may be, pregnant. Our Zerogravity Experience is suitable for use during pregnancy, however we recommend you consult your doctor prior to booking.
