Every event is priced on application. Costs depend on the venue, duration, guest numbers and production support you need. Send an enquiry and we will come back with a tailored proposal within two business days.
We can configure full or partial studio hire across our Sydney locations to suit your guest list, run sheet and production needs. Get in touch and we can talk you through the options.
Yes. We can work with your preferred suppliers and help coordinate the details so the experience feels cohesive from start to finish.

Yes. We will work with you to select and staff the modalities that best fit your audience, event format and desired pace.
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for larger activations. We will help map the right lead time for your event.
Our studios are the heart of the RCVRI event experience. For the right brief, we can also discuss bringing selected recovery experiences to another location.
