A goal-specific blood panel and lifestyle assessment give you a real baseline. Biomarkers cover hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, and nutritional status, interpreted against optimal ranges, not just whether something is clinically abnormal.
Most people have had blood tests before. The difference here is context. Your training load, stress levels, sleep quality, and goals all shape what the numbers actually mean.
Your results are reviewed by an AHPRA-registered doctor in a one-on-one consultation. We look at where your markers sit relative to optimal function, and how they interact with each other.
Then we’ll walk through what the results mean for your lifestyle, your recovery, and your goals. By the end you know exactly where you stand, and what needs to change.
Based on your results and your consult, you receive your personalised plan:
Where deeper support is needed, we can refer you to our partner network including specialist training coaches, nutritionists, and allied health practitioners.
Clinical prescriptions are made at the sole discretion of your treating doctor based on your results and medical history.
A prescription is only as good as what you do with it. The RCVRI consult maps out exactly how to implement your plan:
Re-test at intervals. See what’s moved. Refine the protocol. For those who want it, ongoing check-ins and accountability support keep the plan honest and on track.

Generally, standard GP panels are designed to identify disease — to flag when something is clinically abnormal. If your result falls within the reference range, you’re usually told you’re fine.
But “within range” and “optimal” are not the same thing. Ferritin can sit in the bottom quarter of the reference range and still register as normal. At that level, many people experience fatigue, poor recovery, and reduced adaptation to training.
The same applies to cortisol patterns, testosterone relative to age, inflammatory markers, vitamin D, and a range of others. Alongside the context of your life, Blueprint looks at where your results sit relative to optimal function — not just whether they’re high enough to flag concern.
When we started RCVRI, it was always about making the health and wellness journey easier, accessible, and affordable for everyday people.
As the industry’s evolved and the business has grown, it’s become clearer that health, fitness, wellness, and longevity all play different roles in people’s lives. Bringing medical testing into the studio is about simplifying that journey, helping people understand what they actually need to get the most out of their everyday life.
RCVRI has always prided itself on helping people feel better in every aspect of their life. Not just physical. Mental and emotional well-being too.
With the information now available and the affordability of medical testing, partnering with Limitless made sense. Our customers get a clear process to access accurate, affordable information about themselves, and they can tailor a plan that actually suits their lifestyle.
That’s why we did it.
