Is RCVRI sutiable for everyone?
How often should I come to RCVRI?
Short answer: as often as you want! There is no limit. You can start feeling benefits after a single session. Many people who train frequently choose to book sessions every day or a few times a week to optimize their health and reduce recovery times.

How much does RCVRI Cost?
We offer different packages and memberships, so you can pick which works best for you. Please visit our pricing page for casual session passes, 6-packs passes and membership pricing.
What do I need to bring for my session?
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing or exercise clothing. If you will be using the Hot + Cold Pools or Saunas, please bring your swimsuit. Towels are provided.
Where is RCVRI located? Do you have parking available?
Can I bring a friend to my session?
Yes, all our spaces – except for the PEMF Therapy and Red Light Therapy experiences – are designed to be shared and are fun to attend with a friend. Please make sure everyone attending signs up and books their appointment via the RCVRI app.
What are the capacity limits of each service?
Saunas: 6 people
Pools: 12 people
Normatec: 8 people
ZeroGravity: 1 person
The above limits are currently in place to ensure safe social distancing.
Is there a minimum age?
You must be at least 16 to utilize our recovery services. Anyone under 18 will need permission from a parent or guardian.
Do you have private services available?
Can I book the space privately for my group or team?
Yes, RCVRI is available for private and group or team bookings. Contact our team for more info.
Can I walk-in for a session without booking?

Hours of Operation
RCVRI Toronto is open 8 am to 9 pm Monday through Sunday with the last booking available at 8:30 pm.
Saunas
Are the Saunas safe for everyone to use?
Generally speaking, saunas are safe to use. However, we do not recommend this service for anyone who is pregnant, claustrophobic, or suffering from cardiovascular health issues or inflammatory arthritis.
We’d suggest consulting your doctor if you suffer from chronic health conditions or have any concerns about using the sauna.
Do you have shower facilities?
Yes, we have open showers for pre- and post-sauna use. Towels are provided.
Contrast Therapy
Are the Hot + Cold Pools safe for everyone to use?
Yes, however we do not recommend this service for anyone who is pregnant, elderly, under 16 or suffering from cardiovascular health issues, sensitivity to temperature changes or open wounds. Please consult your doctor for personalized medical advice if still unsure.
Are the Hot + Cold Pools maintained at a consistent temperature?

Compression Therapy
Is Normatec compression safe for everyone to use?
We don’t recommend Normatec for those who are pregnant or if you’ve been diagnosed with a heart condition. We’d suggest consulting your doctor if you suffer from chronic health conditions or have any concerns about using compression equipment.
