Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind on perishable goods.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your item was marked as a final sale, it cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or defective item and would prefer an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
